Fees are calculated daily and invoiced at the end of each calendar month. Storage fees are prorated based on average daily occupancy. Fulfillment and shipping fees are charged per transaction.
No. AFS operates on a pure pay-per-use model with no monthly minimums, setup fees, or lock-in contracts. You can start or stop at any time.
Absolutely. Sellers on Airsoko Business (B2B wholesale) or the main Airsoko Marketplace can send inventory to AFS warehouses. Orders from those platforms flow directly into our fulfillment pipeline, and products earn a 'Fulfilled by Airsoko' trust badge.
The first 100 units received per month are free. Beyond that, each additional unit is charged at KES 3 for receiving, inspection and shelving.
Yes. You can request stock transfers between AFS warehouses to balance inventory across regions. A flat fee of KES 200 per transfer applies, plus any applicable shipping costs.
