By accessing or using Airsoko Fulfillment Services ("AFS"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Airsoko Fulfillment Services (AFS) provides logistics and fulfillment services including warehousing, inventory management, order picking, packing, shipping, last-mile delivery and pickup station collection for e-commerce sellers and businesses operating within Kenya.
You must register an account to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to update it promptly. Airsoko reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Airsoko Fulfillment Services will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the timelines communicated on the platform. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, incorrect delivery addresses, customer unavailability or third-party carrier issues.
Service fees are set out in the platform dashboard and may include storage fees, pick-and-pack fees, shipping fees and station handling fees. Fees are deducted from your wallet balance or charged according to the agreed billing cycle. Airsoko reserves the right to update fees with 14 days' notice.
Returns are processed according to the return policy configured per seller. Restocking fees may apply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as wallet credit, at the seller's discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Airsoko's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
All content, trademarks, logos and software on the platform are the property of Airsoko or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written consent.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you must arrange retrieval of your inventory within 30 days, after which storage fees continue to apply.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi.
